What we're actually doing
Most business accounts make you the reconciliation engine. You get a statement full of near-identical entries and spend an evening working out which customer paid what.
We think the software should do that. So money arrives already labelled, fees are stated before you approve anything, and the same records exist whether the payment came from the dashboard or the API.
Everything else follows from that: clear language, no surprise deductions, and support from people who can actually see what happened to your money.
