- What does it cost to open an account?
- Nothing. Account opening is free on every account type, and there's no minimum balance to keep.
- Is the transfer fee the same at every amount?
- Yes — ₦40 per transfer to a supported bank account, whether you're sending a small balance or a large one.
- How is a bulk payment priced?
- ₦100 per payment in the batch. The total is shown before you approve it, so a 40-person payroll costs ₦4,000 and you know that in advance.
- What happens when a payment fails?
- The amount and its fee are returned to your balance. You keep the record of the attempt and the reason it failed.
- Do these fees apply outside Nigeria?
- This page covers Numero products available in Nigeria. As we open in other markets, each one gets its own fees on this page.
